Founded by Kristian Holden, NOVO Ag Concepts Ltd. was built on a simple idea: After more than 25 years in the agriculture industry working in fertility and crop input distribution, Kristian saw firsthand the challenges facing modern agriculture. As his understanding of soil health grew, so did his passion for helping farmers rebuild soil function, improve crop performance, and create resilient farming systems.

Founder & CEO
Kristian Holden
Kristian has spent more than 25 years working throughout the agricultural industry primarily in fertility and crop input distribution.
Over the years he became increasingly passionate about understanding how soil functions and the vital role healthy soils play in crop production. The more he learned about rebuilding soil biology, nutrient cycling, and long term soil resilience, the more he realized there was a better way to support farmers.
That vision became NOVO Ag Concepts Ltd.
Today, Kristian works directly with producers to develop agronomic strategies that improve soil health, maximize crop performance and support long term sustainability. His specialty is helping producers understand and unlock the potential of their most valuable asset: their soil.

Krista joined NOVO Ag Concepts Ltd. full-time in June of 2026 to help support the company's continued growth.
She oversees marketing, office administration and program funding consulting, helping producers access opportunities that support innovation and sustainability on their farms.
Her organizational skills and dedication to customer service help ensure every client receives the support they need from start to finish.
